HRFTA: What separates your food truck from the rest?
Menu offering. Exceptional Customer service, a taste unlike any other. Catering, speed and efficiency. We have 2 trucks.

  • Where are you based and what cities are you permitted? Based in Virginia Beach. Permitted in Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Hampton, Newport News, Chesapeake, York County.
  • What did you do before you owned a food truck? I worked for almost 10 years as a Paramedic Firefighter in Hampton, VA. Grew up in southern California.
  • What do you like most about having a food truck? Seeing people enjoy and crave our food again and again.
  • Where did the name of your food truck come from? Flows well. And I’m a “Bro” makin fish tacos.
  • Why did you decide to join HRFTA? Good people and I see a good direction. Working with good trucks is always better than working against!
  • Why did you decide to open up a food truck? Because I must be crazy! 🙂 Also saw my career ahead of me for 20 yrs laid out already. Rather take a risk on a good idea, work for me and around people who are happy!
