We have a strong gastronomic influence of Indonesia and Bolivia, those 2 nations with so different flavors have allowed us to create fusion food, using spices and techniques from both countries.
Where are you based and what cities are you permitted?
We are located in Virginia Beach and have permits for Virginia Beach and Chesapeake
What separates your food truck from the rest?
The Latin and Asian flavor, a rare fusion
What did you do before you owned a food truck?
We used to work in International Country Club in Fairfax, Virginia
What do you like most about having a food truck?
Present and make known the food with which we grew up
Where did the name of your food truck come from?
LOCOTO is a kind of chili, it only grows in Peru and Bolivia, we prepare a sauce that perfectly accompanies all our meals
Why did you decide to join HRFTA?
Excellent review from friends and colleagues, HRFTA help and promote this business
Why did you decide to open a food truck/get into the food truck business?
We decided to start a business, we want to be independent and do what we like to do.
